I was hoping it would storm a little bit more crash and boom, but I did get to play in the pouring rain yesterday. I haven't played in the rain in a while so that was very enjoyable.

One of the highlights was my parents calling to sing me Happy Birthday over the phone. They happened to be calling while I was on my way to the car with a cart full of groceries. I couldn't pick it up in time, so my Mom left a musical voice mail (and my dad was upset he couldn't join in.) I called right back, and he wasn't sad anymore. My parents are horribly adorable. *snuggles her parents*

I got to go out to eat with my hubby and a friend, Woot! Then watched a few episodes of Stargate SG1 to finish it off.
